Your account

You need an account to buy and read. Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

MASSINISSA · ALIVE Tracks

• Tracks are digital reading experiences. Track I costs $1; later Tracks are priced on the site at the time of purchase.
• Each Track is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, and buying a Track never signs you up for anything recurring.
• Tracks are sold in order: each one opens for purchase after the one before it.
• Once purchased, a Track stays in your library for as long as the site operates, with no expiry and no re-billing.

What you may and may not do with the content

Buying a Track gives you a personal, non-transferable right to read it on brownbloods.com. It does not transfer ownership of the text, music, artwork or video. All of it remains the property of its creators and rights holders.

You may not copy, download, share, resell, publicly perform or redistribute the content, share your account to give others access, or use automated tools to extract it. We may suspend accounts that do.

BROWNBLOODS membership

The membership is optional and separate from Track purchases. It costs $12 per month, billed monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep membership access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Physical items

Physical items ship within the United States only. Shipping cost and an estimated delivery window are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the item. If an item arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us; see the Refund Policy.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects something you've already bought.

If we list an item at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Availability

We work to keep the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or retire features. If a problem on our side stops you from reading something you bought, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, BrownBloods is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase it relates to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes and contact
